A Stars balance is not an advertising budget
SPEND’s public interface has separate Stars, Premium and Ads pages. The Stars page offers top-ups for yourself or friends and notes that TON transaction fees may apply. These are interface observations, not a verified test purchase.
In MallStars, choose Stars for the recipient’s balance, Premium for a subscription and GRAM for a Telegram Ads account. Similar currency names do not make those purchases interchangeable.
