STARSOV and MallStars: finish the payment correctly
Payment timing and transfer details matter as much as the product. STARSOV’s FAQ discusses these conditions; MallStars uses the payment instructions attached to your order.

Read timing and transfer instructions first
STARSOV’s FAQ describes a limited payment period and help for a TON transfer with a missing memo. These are published conditions, not findings from a test payment. Read the current instructions before sending funds.
In MallStars, follow the exact amount and instructions in the chosen Crypto Bot or xRocket checkout. A time limit in another store’s FAQ does not define your MallStars order.
Do not assume all TON-related products are identical
A catalogue entry for TON does not by itself establish a Telegram Ads top-up. MallStars GRAM is specifically for an advertising account. Choose by purpose, not by a similar currency label.
Delivery can depend on external systems. Review the recipient and product before payment, then use order status and support rather than repeating an uncertain payment.
